SLICING SERVICE FOR A SINGLE PIECE OF FOREIGN HAM.

If you have been gifted a piece of ham and wish for us to slice it with a knife, we offer the possibility of picking it up from your home, preparing it sliced by our master carver, and returning it to your house already prepared and vacuum-packed. Alternatively, you can also bring it to one of our JAMONIA stores in Madrid and save on shipping costs (pick-up and delivery €19.99).

SERVICE:

Deboning and trimming the piece of ham.

Knife-slicing into thin slices. Blisters of approximately 150-200 grams.

Vacuum-packing in blisters.

Utilizing the remaining parts that cannot be sliced into small cubes. (Ideal for croquettes, vegetable scrambles, omelets...)

The ham knuckle is cut for bones, which are excellent for making soups. It is recommended to freeze them and use them as needed.
