SIERRA EXTREMEÑA is a family-owned company dedicated to the meat sector, specializing in the production of Ibérico products from Extremadura, under the brand IBÉRICO DEL BRILLANTE, located in the town of Castuera (Badajoz), in the heart of the La Serena region, a traditional area for the production and breeding of Ibérico pigs.

The hams, shoulders, and Ibérico sausages from Brillante are crafted artisanally, and one of the secrets to the exquisite flavor of 'Ibéricos del Brillante' hams is that we have our own breeding of Ibérico pigs, allowing us to guarantee quality from the source and traceability from start to finish. Our challenge is to offer high quality in our Ibéricos, as a result of the effort and work in each phase of production, while providing specialized attention to our customers.
