Cheeses

In Extremadura you can distinguish several types of goat cheese (D.O Ibores and Acehúche) and sheep (D.O pure Merino sheep cheese from the Serena region and Torta del Casar), whose differences are marked by their artisanal nature, which defines its textures, aromas and flavors.

Extremaduran cheese smells, tastes and is different, which is why it presides over the showcases of the main markets in Spain.

We have also incorporated some especially recommended cheeses from the rest of Spain.
