1.1 DELIVERY
Our Iberian products will be shipped through established shipping agencies such as SEUR or similar shipping companies.
Products will be shipped in packaging suitable for shipping and preservation. You can request the option to include a greeting card or a private message.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT COLLECTION OF YOUR ORDER:
.- Please check that the merchandise arrives correctly and without visible damage. Verify that the number of packages is correct.
.- Any anomaly must be written ON THE TRANSPORT COMPANY'S DELIVERY NOTE, not ours, and reported to us immediately. If it is wet, stained, or severely torn, refuse collection and return it, provided the delivery person notes it as damaged.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES.
The prices published on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT, but do not include shipping and handling costs.
Within the Iberian Peninsula.
For purchases over €200, shipping costs will be free (Spain-Iberian Peninsula).
For purchases under this amount, there will be a €9.99 shipping charge within the Iberian Peninsula.
Except for orders containing FRESH IBERIAN MEAT, WINE, AND OLIVE OIL, which are always charged (fresh meat €19.99, wine and olive oil €14.99) and are sent via a specialized SEUR FRIO/VINO service.
In Europe:
- Portugal: €15.98 (2 to 4 days).
- France, Germany: €45 and 3 to 7 days.
- Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, and the Netherlands: €55 and 4 to 7 days.
- Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic: €75 and 4 to 10 days.

These prices are valid for orders weighing up to 10 kg. If the order exceeds this weight, shipping costs will be charged based on the weight, and the order will no longer be free even if its value exceeds €200.
