Sliced cured meats

The acorn-fed and field-fed loin and lomito, chorizo, salchichón, and acorn-fed morcón are sliced and vacuum-packed to ensure proper preservation. New addition: sliced cecina.

The sliced meats should be stored in the refrigerator and taken out at least half an hour before consumption to reach room temperature and enhance their flavor. If forgotten, place the pack of ham, shoulder, or cured meats under warm water for a quick temperature adjustment.
