SERVICE:

Bone and peel the piece of ham.

Slice by machine into thin slices. Blister of approximately 150 grams

Vacuum pack in blister.

Use in small cubes, what cannot be cut. (Ideal for croquettes, scrambled vegetables, omelettes...)

The ham hock is cut into bones, great for making soups. It is advisable to freeze and remove as they are used up.
