Balsamic vinegar of Modena (70%), wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colorant (caramel) sulfites, glucose, thickener (modified starch, xanthan gum) aroma.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of truffle paste or essence (white or black, according to your preference)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Reduce the balsamic vinegar:
