Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from our estate located in the Tiétar Valley, Cáceres, where the pure waters from the almost perpetual snows of Monte Almanzor arrive. The excellent location of the estates, the valley’s microclimate, and drip irrigation allow for good environmental conservation and the production of this excellent quality olive oil.
