Products purchased on jamonia.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must not have been opened or altered in any way. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with all original labels intact.

📌 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Orders are considered accepted upon signature of the delivery slip. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the integrity of the packaging and to record any visible damage or irregularities on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt.

If, upon opening the package, the products do not match the order or there is any other issue, the non-conforming product will be replaced.

To do so, you must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery by calling +34 91 401 26 94 or by sending an email with a photo (which you can take with your mobile phone) to: info@jamonia.com

Please also notify us of any other issues, such as receiving the wrong product or variety. The items must be returned to the address shown above, and the full amount paid will be refunded.

All returns or exchanges must be sent in their original packaging, in the best possible condition, and must not be opened or unsealed.
