Marinated Iberian jowl (paprika from La Vera) and cured in our natural cellars and very thinly sliced.

It is the layer of fat that hangs under the pig's face. Like bacon, it is made up of the skin, layers of fat and layers of mixed meat.

This product comes from animals raised in the montanera regime with acorns.

 

Iberian acorn-fed dewlap marinated (with La Vera paprika) and cured in our natural cellars.

It is an ideal ingredient as a condiment for traditional stews and to taste raw.
