Rosemary Condiment
Rosemary condiment is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) flavored with rosemary leaves, frequently used in Mediterranean cuisine.
It is ideal for lamb, beef, and game dishes, and less commonly with pork.
It is also highly recommended for fattier fish like sardines and mackerel, as well as vegetables such as tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, and eggplants, along with mushrooms and champignons. Additionally, it is often used in traditional dishes such as roasts, stews, soups, sauces, stir-fries, ratatouille, and rice dishes.
