Iberian "Secreto" from Cebo de Campo. This cut is located on the inside of the pork loin. It is highly marbled with fat, with little lean meat, pale in color, rather pinkish, and has a firm yet silky texture. It is usually grilled.

Weight: approx. 0.500 kg

Presentation: Vacuum-packed.

Iberian "Presa" from Cebo de Campo. An oval-shaped cut with an intense red color. Its marbling of fat gives it great juiciness, making it very pleasant on the palate. It can be grilled, pan-seared, or breaded.

Presentation: Sliced and vacuum-packed.

Iberian "Pluma" from Cebo de Campo. This cut comes from the front part of the loin. Shaped like a feather or wing, it is a very juicy cut due to its perfect balance of meat and fat. It can be grilled or pan-seared, garnished with flake salt.

Weight: approx. 0.500 kg

Presentation: Sliced and vacuum-packed.

Iberian "Solomillo" (tenderloin) from Cebo de Campo. This long cut is characterized by its lean and tender meat. It has a dark red color, little fat marbling, and an exceptional flavor. It is recommended to be cooked in medallions on the grill, accompanied by pepper, cheese, or red wine sauces.

Weight: approx. 0.900-1 kg

Presentation: 2 tenderloins vacuum-packed separately.

Iberian "Cinta de Lomo" (loin) from Cebo de Campo. This cut is located next to the spine, one of the noblest parts of the Iberian pig, and features a marbled fat texture. It is recommended to be roasted.

Weight: approx. 0.500 kg

Presentation: Sliced and vacuum-packed.

Delivery within 24 to 48 hours once the order leaves the drying facility.

All meats are Iberian and shipped fresh. If the customer does not plan to consume them within two or three days, they should freeze them. As they contain no preservatives or additives, they are 100% natural meats.

Meat orders are only available within Spain (mainland).

DATOS TÉCNICOS    Explotación sostenible en plena Dehesa extremeña.    Los cerdos ibéricos son criados en libertad en las dehesas extremeñas. Una zona de dehesa que reúne las condiciones óptimas para el mejor desarrollo y crianza de los mejores ejemplares del cerdo ibérico.    Los cerdos se alimentan de bellota y de todos los recursos que ofrece la dehesa durante los meses de la montanera (octubre-enero), controlando en todo momento la trazabilidad desde origen y proporcionando un bienestar, dando lugar a un producto de alta calidad, 100% natural y certificado según norma.     Producción    Los cerdos se sacrifican con 12 meses como mínimo.    Recomendaciones:    El pedido se servirá de la última matanza realizada en Castuera (Badajoz), para garantizar la frescura del producto, y se enviará a través de SEUR-FRIO (servicio 24 horas), para no alterar la cadena de frío.    La carne fresca ibérica se envasa al vacío y se puede mantener durante 5-6 días en el frigorífico (temperatura 0 y 4ºC.) y si no se consume en ese tiempo es aconsejable congelar (-18ºC.), al no contener ningún tipo de conservantes para su conservación, siendo completamente natural. TECHNICAL DATA

Sustainable farming in the heart of the Extremadura Dehesa.

The Iberian pigs are raised freely, in an extensive farming system, on our own estates in Extremadura (El Brillante and Los Avenosos), located in the municipalities of Castuera and Quintana de la Serena. This dehesa area offers the optimal conditions for the best development and rearing of the finest Iberian pigs.

The pigs feed freely on natural pastures, herbs, and natural feeds, with full traceability control from the source. This ensures animal welfare, resulting in a high-quality, 100% natural product that is certified according to standards.

Production

The pigs are slaughtered at a minimum age of 12 months.

Recommendations

The order will be prepared from the latest slaughter conducted in Castuera (Badajoz) to ensure product freshness, and it will be shipped via SEUR-FRIO (24-hour service) to maintain the cold chain.

The fresh Iberian meat is vacuum-packed and can be stored for 5 to 6 days in the refrigerator (at 0 to 4°C). If not consumed within that time, it is advisable to freeze it (at -18°C), as it contains no preservatives for its preservation, making it completely natural.
