The shoulders (front leg of the pig) are made with painstaking care and in an artisanal way, cured in our natural drying room located in Castuera-Badajoz (SIERRA EXTREMEÑA).
Conservation: vacuum sachets should remain in the refrigerator in the least cold area. If the vacuum is lost, they should be removed from the sachet, allowed to oxygenate at room temperature and consumed.
Preferred consumption: 60 days.
