1. PURPOSE
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms of use of the website jamonia.com, owned by JAMONIA Gestión, S.L., with registered office at Calle Ayala, 142 28006 MADRID. The company specializes in the sale of Iberian products: hams, shoulders, and cured meats under the brands "IBÉRICO DEL BRILLANTE" and "JAMONIA."
2. PRICES
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and include VAT, but do not include shipping and handling fees.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Products must be paid in advance via bank transfer or credit card.
- BANK TRANSFER: After placing the order online, the customer must make the payment by bank transfer, indicating the order number and full name as the payment reference. The order will be shipped upon receipt of proof of payment. Orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending confirmation. After this period, the order will be canceled.

This platform follows strict security protocols and undergoes regular audits. - FOOD VOUCHERS: We accept Ticket Restaurant (Edenred), Sodexo (Pluxee), and Cheques Gourmet cards.
- PAYPAL: We do not allow transactions that are illegal or violate credit card network rules. The sale of any product or service must fully comply with applicable laws.
3.1 PURCHASE INVOICE
Invoices can be downloaded from the customer area or requested via email at info@jamonia.com with personal details and order number.
4. SHIPPING METHODS
JAMONIA's Iberian products, including "Ibérico del Brillante" hams and sausages, are self-produced and delivered in optimal condition.
Shipments are made through trusted couriers such as SEUR to the address specified by the customer. Products are shipped with suitable packaging for preservation. Holiday greeting cards can be included upon request during the Christmas season.

- Orders over €200: Free shipping within mainland Spain (except fresh meat, wine, and oil).
- Orders under €200: €9.99 shipping fee (mainland Spain).
- Fresh Iberian meat: €24.99
- Wine and oil: €14.99
- Balearic Islands: €25 / 4 days
- Canary Islands: €95 / 5 to 7 days
- Europe:
- Portugal: €15.98 (2–4 days); free over €350
- France, Germany: €55 (3–7 days)
- Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Netherlands: €65 (4–7 days)
- Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic: €85 (4–10 days)
Prices are valid for shipments under 10 kg. Orders above this weight will incur additional shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal, Changes and Returns
Cancel or Modify an Order
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation by email or phone. If the order has already shipped, shipping and return costs must be paid by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Withdrawal: Orders can be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. The customer bears return shipping costs.
- Health & Safety Issues: If the product is in poor condition and poses a health risk, JAMONIA covers return shipping after verifying the issue. Email us your name, order number, and reason for return. Let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement.
- Damaged During Transit: If the package is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and, if possible, open it in the presence of the courier. Notify us within 24 hours.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately via phone or email to arrange a replacement.
- Subjective Evaluations: Fat content, salt level, or curing degree are subjective and not necessarily defects. We are happy to consider returns under these criteria, subject to certain conditions.
Return Conditions
- Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless it falls under points 2, 3, or 4.
- Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must have original packaging, labels, and vacuum seal (if applicable).
- No returns accepted if the product has lost more than 12% of its original weight.
- In case of subjective quality concerns (point 5), an independent expert will assess the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
No returns accepted for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable or quickly expiring items

Returned items must include all original labels and packaging.
To request a return:
- Print and fill out the Return Form (Annex 1) with your order number and item details.
- Pack items with the form in a box or envelope.
