Cheese (40%) (Merino sheep’s milk, vegetable rennet), butter, extra virgin olive oil (1%), salt, emulsifiers (E-450, E-452, E-339, E-401, E-410), antioxidant (E-330), preservative (E-202), natural thickener (E-415), cheese flavoring.
Serving suggestions:
It is recommended to serve on toast or crackers with extra virgin olive oil and to sprinkle some paprika from La Vera as a finishing touch. It is also great as a sauce to accompany vegetables or meats.
