Ibérico del Brillante is a company dedicated to the meat sector, specializing in the production of Iberian products from Extremadura, including hams, shoulders, and sausages.

Our company is located in the town of Castuera (Badajoz), in the heart of the Extremaduran region of La Serena, a traditional area for raising and processing Iberian pigs.
We are an artisanal company specializing in hams, shoulders, and sausages from Extremadura, produced under our own brand IBÉRICO DEL BRILLANTE. Our goal is to offer our customers high-quality and 100% natural products, backed by our prestigious awards, the Espiga de Oro and Espiga de Plata, for the best pure acorn-fed Iberian ham, Denomination of Origin Dehesa de Extremadura.
A company specializing in the production of select Iberian products since 1998, including hams and shoulders, under the brand IBÉRICO DEL BRILLANTE. We also raise our own pigs in the Extremaduran dehesas of the La Serena region, a traditional area for raising and processing Iberian pigs.
In addition to hams, the company produces other pork derivatives such as acorn-fed Iberian loin, lomito, acorn-fed Iberian morcón, acorn-fed Iberian salchichón and chorizo cular, and Iberian sobrasada.
Raising our own livestock allows us to control the entire production process, from the breeding and feeding of the pigs to the curing and aging of the products, ensuring the traceability of each piece that is cured for years in the natural cellars of our drying facility located in Castuera, thereby guaranteeing the quality of our Iberian products.
Finally, we complete the production cycle with the direct and online sale of our Iberian products at JAMONIA, gourmet stores located in the center of Madrid, where we serve sliced hams, shoulders, and sausages, either whole or boneless, to both end customers and hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
Ibérico del Brillante is a company with a solid track record in the production and marketing of Iberian pork products. Our six Espiga awards for the best Acorn-fed Ham, Denomination of Origin “Dehesa de Extremadura” (Espiga de Oro in 2005, 2009, and 2023, and Espiga de Plata in 2010, 2013, and 2015), attest to the quality of our Iberian products.
