Acorn ham 75% Iberian Raise, raised free in the pastures of Extremadura (oak ecosystem) and fed during its last phase of acorn fattening, natural pastures and natural herbs in the montanera (acorns period from October to January) , under the DO "Dehesa de Extremadura", regulating council of the Iberian pig that controls the quality of the product.

They are presented in an unbeatable way with their corresponding labeling: Red and Black String, Jamón "Iberico del Brillante" Bellota, label and seal of the D.O. "Dehesa de Extremadura", wrapped in a black 100% cotton cover and in a screen-printed ham case, special for gifts.

Our hams cut with a knife are a real delicacy.
